Labour market information, often called LMI, helps pupils understand the world of work and make informed choices about their future. It includes information about different jobs, industries, skills, qualifications, salaries, employment trends and future opportunities. By using LMI, pupils can explore which careers are growing, what employers are looking for, and what pathways might help them reach their goals.
